Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, end-to-end data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP) to support business objectives.
- Lead the development and optimization of ELT processes, data modeling, integration, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy and ensure successful rollout of data foundation initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Coordinate change management, incident resolution, and problem management processes.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery, minimizing costs and maximizing value.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Communities of Practice (CoP).
- Mastery of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, SAP.
- Expert-level proficiency in ELT development and data modeling.
- Skilled in data integration, ingestion, manipulation, and processing.
- Proficient with version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with data tools and services: Data Factory, Databricks, SQL DB, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Glue, Airflow, Kinesis, Redshift, SonarQube, PyTest.
- Experience leading project management or Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with planning tools (BPC) and external technical ecosystems.
- Documentation experience with MKDocs or similar platforms.
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive in supporting organizational change and technology adoption.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
- Experience managing or running a Scrum team Familiarity with Planning/BPC systems
