Be a Champion for Safety

  • Partner closely with Environmental, Health & Safety teams to ensure projects meet all safety and compliance expectations.
Collaborate Across the Plant
  • Coordinate integrated project teams that may include Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, Safety, Plant Management, and Product Line stakeholders.
  • Work with plant organizations to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and deliver practical, value‑driven solutions.
Deliver Technical Expertise
  • Provide electrical and instrumentation design support as needed, including equipment selection and procurement of engineering services.
  • Support construction management activities and plant start‑ups to ensure safe, successful project handover.
Drive Visibility and Accountability
  • Open, manage, and close projects in SAP, providing regular progress updates and cost forecasts to management.
  • Present key projects and status updates to Plant Management with clarity and confidence.
